Researcher
at heart, with the body as a dominant medium, he likes to investigate
the undercurrents of the human being, consequently integrating bodywork
with the psychological and philosophical realms.
Graduated
as a contemporary dance artist he left the European Dance Development
Center in 2000 with a thorough training in a. o. Release Technique, Body
Mind Centering and Butoh. Since then, he continued to develop and
enrich his artistic insights and these techniques with influences from
Tai Chi, Craniosacral therapy, Visceral therapy and the contemporary
spiritual teachings of Faisal Muqaddam. This crystallised into the base
of his own integral method of somatic self-development work.
Body
Kosmos, emerging from this work, is (like Butoh) rather an artistic
investigation in the raw undercurrents of the human situation without
that it seeks to analyse it’s content or to reach some kind of
enlightenment. It has the potential to be anarchistic yet it has strong
healing capacities.
